Ingredients
- 2 parts Plume & Petal Lemon Drift
- 1 part Martini & Rossi® Bianco (or a blanc vermouth)
- 1 ½ parts Martini & Rossi® Sparkling Rosé (or a dry sparkling rosé)
- 1 ½ parts high-quality soda water
- Garnish: lemon wheel
- Garnish: citrus oil
Glass
- White Wine or Collins
Preparation
- Build over ice in a stemless wine glass or Collins glass.
- Garnish with a mist of citrus oils and lemon wheel.
