Ingredients

2 parts Plume & Petal Peach Wave
½ part Lemon Juice
½ part honey
1 dash Angostura® bitters
Garnish: lemon wheel

Preparation

Combine all ingredients with ice.
Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.

Ingredients

2 parts Plume & Petal Peach Wave
½ part lemon juice
1 part honey
1 part club soda
a few dashes Angostura® bitters
Garnish: lemon wheels

Preparation

In a large container, combine all liquid ingredients, except soda water.
Stir and refrigerate until chilled.
Just before serving, pour into a large punch bowl, top with a splash of club soda, and stir in ice.
Garnish the bowl with sliced lemon wheels.
