Peach Fizz

Peach Fizz without the morning-after fuzz. This tropical cocktail has fewer calories than a piña colada, but is just as satisfying with notes of coconut and hints of aromatic herbs.

Ingredients

  • 2 parts Plume & Petal Peach Wave
  • ¾ part cream of coconut (Coco Re'al®)
  • ¾ part Lemon Juice
  • 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
  • Garnish: mint sprig

Glass

  • Collins

Preparation

  1. Shake ingredients and pour over ice in a Collins glass.
  2. Garnish with fresh mint.
